SUMMARY:Family Camp 6: Lung\, Kidney\, & All Chronic Conditions
DESCRIPTION:Lung\, Kidney\, &amp\; All Chronic Conditions\nDiagnoses includ
 e but are not limited to: moderate to severe asthma\, cystic fibrosis (1 p
 er session)\, lung disease\, non-ventilator dependent tracheostomy\, kidne
 y disease\, peritoneal dialysis\, kidney transplant\, neurogenic bladder\,
  and any qualifying diagnosis.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nOur Family Camp sessions are 
 3-day\, 2-night weekend sessions designed for diagnosed campers ages 5-17 
 and their families.. We know that bringing everyone together for respite\,
  relaxation and old-fashioned fun is good medicine for all. Our onsite wee
 kend programs give campers and their families the opportunity to experienc
 e the joy of worry-free togetherness. Programming focuses on the family un
 it – each family has their own unique schedule to create lasting memorie
 s as they explore camp\, enjoy nature\, and rejuvenate through the power o
