SUMMARY:Summer Camp 2: Heart & Kidney Conditions
DESCRIPTION:Heart &amp\; Kidney Conditions\nDiagnoses include but are not l
 imited to: arrythmias\, congenital and acquired heart disease\, heart tran
 splant\, kidney disease\, peritoneal dialysis\, kidney transplant\, and ne
 urogenic bladder.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nOur summer sessions are six-day\, five-nig
 ht camp experiences designed for children with life-altering diagnoses. Th
 ey are a full week of tutu-wearing\, spaghetti slurping\, life-changing fu
 n. Campers embrace joy\, create meaningful connections\, foster independen
 ce\, and build hope alongside peers who share similar experiences. At Summ
 er Camp\, these new friendships give kids the opportunity to discover thei
 r inner courage\, try activities they never thought possible\, and gain co
 nfidence that stays with them long after their week at camp is over.\n\n&n
