Recaudaci\u00f3n de fondos: \u00a1m\u00e1s de $86K para el campamento!<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Aficionados a los coches y al camping unidos por la 6th<\/sup>\u00a0evento anual Driving for Kids del 24 al 27 de septiembre de 2021, con el fin de recaudar fondos para los campistas del Roundup River Ranch con enfermedades graves y sus familias.<\/p>\n

Basada en eventos similares celebrados en el Reino Unido, Driving for Kids es la versi\u00f3n de Colorado de una carrera de fiabilidad brit\u00e1nica. Iniciadas en Gran Breta\u00f1a cuando se introdujeron por primera vez los coches, estas carreras de fiabilidad, como la de Londres a Brighton, eran todo un reto para los reci\u00e9n llegados carruajes sin caballos. Hoy en d\u00eda, son un nost\u00e1lgico homenaje al esp\u00edritu del \u201cmotoring\u201d. Driving for Kids es un divertido fin de semana con otros propietarios de antiguos coches brit\u00e1nicos orquestado por Ann y Ross Robbins para combinar dos cosas que aprecian: los ni\u00f1os y los coches.<\/p>\n

Este a\u00f1o, 15 equipos pisaron a fondo el acelerador y consiguieron $86.448 (\u00a1y subiendo!)<\/strong> para financiar campamentos. En total, los participantes en Driving for Kids han aportado la financiaci\u00f3n necesaria para que m\u00e1s de 120 ni\u00f1os experimenten el poder curativo de un campamento.\u00a0<\/p>\n
