We are thrilled to welcome Doug Rapier, another new member of our Board of Directors! ๐คฉ
Doug started a distinguished career in his home state of Texas, founding Factory Builder Stores to serve homeowners and builders with kitchen appliances and cabinets. ๐ As the company grew to a respected name in the industry, he also served on customer councils for leading appliance brands, and in 2020, Doug was named President of Kodiakโs Interiors Group of the Southwest.
Now retired, he dedicates his time to philanthropic efforts and has been an active volunteer with Roundup River Ranch. Doug has served on the Facilities Committee and actively participates in The Bullseye Roundup and A Grateful Harvest. ๐
His favorite Guidepost is โEmbrace Joy,โ and his work throughout the years has allowed many campers and families to do just that. We are filled with joy to have you, Doug! ๐
