❤️🩹 Medical Administrative Coordinator: Provide essential support to the Nursing Director (ND), Medical Director (MD), and broader medical team to ensure the smooth operation of medical services at camp. NOTE: While this role will be part of the Medical Team, it does NOT require a medical license/certificate/degree.
⛺️ Cabin Life Manager: Develop and manage onsite camper direct care needs including camper support, accessibility, and accommodation needs; and the training and supervision of staff to ensure that the onsite, direct care environment is medically, physically, and emotionally safe.
🩺 Nursing Manager: Play a key role in delivering high-quality medical care to campers by collaborating with the medical team, providing coverage across camp settings, and responding to emergencies. This position supports both routine and acute clinical care, including medication administration, medical procedures, and on-call coverage.
🌲 Facilities Technician: Support the Facilities Team with the overall day to day operation of Roundup River Ranch’s campsite, including but not limited to all aspects of buildings, site, grounds and infrastructure.

As a former athlete and coach from Denver, Randi has passionately dedicated over 20 years supporting nonprofits in the Vail Valley. She currently serves on the boards of The Cycle Effect and the Lindsey Vonn Foundation. Additionally, Randi is an integral part of the Borgen Family Foundation, where she helps advance opportunities in women’s athletics throughout the state, including the launch of The Denver Summit, Colorado’s first professional women’s soccer team! ⚽️
Randi’s passion has drawn her to programs and initiatives to promote accessibility in sports and getting outside, and we are so honored to have her expertise at Roundup River Ranch. Her favorite Guidepost is “Three Cheers for Being a Team!” - a perfect fit for someone who believes deeply in the power of teamwork and community. 💚

This summer, we launched Serving Up the Love, a new volunteer opportunity at @childrenscolo 🍽️💕 The program brings in our incredible Roundup River Ranch volunteers to serve meals to families at the Family Resource Center. Each breakfast or dinner shift is a wonderful time to wear camp t-shirts, share a laugh, and spread camp joy to families staying at Children’s Hospital.

Today marks 16 years since we broke ground at our campsite! It is wonderful to look back on all of the joyous memories that have happened since that incredible day. 🎉
As we remember all that we have accomplished in the past 16 years, we are also thrilled to look toward the future, which now includes our 3 brand-new cabins! We can`t wait to see how these new cabins allow for even more children with life-altering diagnoses and their families to experience the camp magic of Roundup River Ranch.
