2025 Impact Report

What a powerful year of “MORE!”

In 2025, we were honored to create more of everything we’ve always believed in. More growth – including three new cabins – so we can serve more kids and families. More record-breaking revenue from our signature events. More focus on behavioral health, thanks to expanded partnerships. More fun on the horizon as we continue updating new program areas this summer. Plus, we served more diagnoses and launched new alumni programs. Whew! All of this translates to more joy, more hope, more independence, and more connections for every camper and their families.

We’re thrilled to present our 2025 Impact Report, showcasing Roundup River Ranch’s remarkable achievements. 2025 was a year of countless significant milestones and bringing MORE to camp!

This year:

• – We provided 3,909 camper experiences and amassed an incredible 21,071 hours of volunteer support!
• – Our signature event supporters collectively surpassed the $2M revenue mark at A Taste of Camp, The Bullseye Roundup, and A Grateful Harvest.
• – We welcomed new Raise a Little Hell Club members and expanded our Raise a Little Hell Club to the Denver area.
• – We created more ways to see our campers, alumni, and volunteers outside of camp, with a total of 4 Howdy Hangouts and our very first Howdy Hangout in the Hospital at Children’s Hospital Colorado!
• – We expanded our Behavioral Health impact by bringing together youth with behavioral health diagnoses and neurological diagnoses in a combined session to foster more connection and belonging. We also provided 24/7 onsite behavioral health leadership to support campers at Summer Camp.
• – We launched our brand-new Spurs program, a two-week program for alumni campers to get hands-on leadership experiences and fun excursions such as whitewater rafting!
• – We concluded our Roundup the Possibilities Campaign, surpassing our $27+ million campaign goal! Through this campaign, our donors made it possible for us to build three brand-new cabins, a Hammock Village, a new Low Ropes and expanded Challenge Course, space for an enhanced archery program area, and more!
