These special events bring together families and volunteers beyond our physical campsite. They offer a unique opportunity to experience the Power of Camp through engaging activities, games, and community building. Howdy Hangouts are open to diagnosed campers ages 5-17, and their families.

Join us for a day of camp fun, connection, and joy – whether you’re a returning camper family or new to the Roundup River Ranch community. These special Howdy Hangout Events bring together families and volunteers, offering a unique opportunity to experience the magic of camp through engaging activities, games, and community building. Program events are designed to bring the magic and joy of camp beyond our physical campsite, creating lasting memories and connections for everyone involved.
AND just like all Roundup River Ranch programs, they’re 100% FREE!

- January 18, 2026: Denver Nuggets Howdy Hangout
- Register on Campsite by December 29, 2025 to be entered into the applicant pool.
- Acceptances will be sent on January 2, 2026.
