Meet Chris, our Clinical Nurse Manager this summer! 🤩 He has spent lots of time at our sister camp, The Hole In The Wall Gang Camp. His first experience at Roundup River Ranch was volunteering for Family Camp last fall, and we are so excited he’ll be joining us for the full summer! 💛

Chris will act as the Charge Nurse of the Medical Team, helping our Nursing Director keep the train moving! 🚂 His role will support volunteer orientation, on call coverage, managing The Depot schedule, and more!

Like Chris said, if you’re able to, please come and enjoy the magic that camp has to offer! Camper, Volunteer, & select Seasonal Staff applications are still open. Find the schedule and apply at our link in bio! 🔗❤️
March is #NationalKidneyMonth! 💚 Kidney disease is short-term or permanent damage to the kidneys that results in loss of normal kidney function. There can be Acute Kidney Disease, as well as Chronic Kidney Disease, which can lead to permanent kidney failure and the need for a kidney transplant. Did you know that diet is a key component of treatment for kidney disease? That's why at camp, during our session for children who have kidney disease or have had a kidney transplant, our kitchen plans and prepares a menu to support a healthy diet for these campers! Happy National Kidney Month to all our amazing campers who are living with Kidney Disease or have had a Kidney Transplant!
