Everyone, meet Kaisa! She’s our new full-time Admissions Coordinator for Outreach & Volunteer Events, and we’re so excited to have her on the team!

“I was drawn to Roundup River Ranch because I believe strongly that community can improve people’s lives, and I think that seeing and being with people who are like you is incredibly important.” 🩵

Kaisa’s biggest takeaway so far is: “How passionate everyone is about the work we do. It’s impactful to see how each team at Roundup interacts with the mission. I’m also a huge fan of how silly everyone is, and how important joy is in the work we do.” 🥸

In her role with Admissions, Kaisa supports camper and volunteer enrollment for Outreach Programs and helps lead onsite service project volunteer groups. She oversees communications with camper families and volunteers about the admissions process and upcoming Outreach programs.

Her favorite guidepost so far? We’re All Ears.

In the days ahead, she’s most excited about: “To see the impact that our work has on campers and their families. Community is an incredibly powerful tool within our society, and its impact is palpable for these kids. It’s incredibly powerful and inspiring to see these kids finding other people like them and realize that they are not alone in this world, that they’re allowed to have fun and take up space.” 💕

Be sure to say hi when you see her at camp!
