We want to take a moment to share our deep gratitude for your kind words and support over the past week and a half. ❤ We are especially THANKFUL for the firefighters and emergency personnel who continue working tirelessly to keep our communities safe from the Derby Fire.

As of yesterday, crews have built 11 miles of control lines, and containment continues to improve, with significant progress expected in the coming days as teams work diligently to strengthen and widen those lines. With cooler weather and precipitation in the forecast this week, conditions remain favorable. We are in direct contact with Eagle County’s Emergency Management team, and our campsite currently remains in the lowest risk category designated by the county. The safety of our community remains our top priority, and we will provide updates should conditions change.

We are so appreciative of the dedication of everyone - from firefighters and emergency crews to community members - who have come together during this time.

We’re excited for an incredible fall season filled with more Outreach Programs and our upcoming Family Camps!
We are deeply grateful for the outpouring of concern and support regarding the Derby Fire in Eagle County. We want to assure our community that our onsite Summer Camp season has concluded, and all campers and staff are safely home.

We are actively monitoring the fire, following all evacuation orders, and staying in direct communication with our local Fire Chief. The safety and well-being of our community, firefighters, emergency personnel, and neighbors remain at the forefront of our thoughts.

We will continue to share updates as needed, and we hold everyone affected by the fire close in our hearts. ❤
