Donor Recognition and Annual Giving Program

Want to change a child’s life? You’re in good company.

The vital work of Roundup River Ranch would not be possible without the investment from people like you. Below you will see the variety of annual giving programs and recognition societies that acknowledge the generosity of our supporters. Please click on links below for specific giving level information.

Recognition Societies

The Founders’ Circle is a recognition society reserved for those at the highest level of giving – donors whose cumulative giving to Roundup River Ranch exceeds $1 million.

Lifetime membership in the Founders’ Circle includes permanent recognition on the entrance sign to the campsite, in addition to capital and program naming opportunities and recognition in the annual impact report and on the Roundup River Ranch website.

Donors who have achieved a lifetime giving of $1,000,000 will be recognized as part of the “Founders’ Circle” giving society:

  • On the website and in printed publications, this list will be broken into sub-levels of cumulative giving by amount and listed alphabetically within each sub-level.
  • The on-site physical display will represent Founders’ Circle members by listing them in chronological order of when the donor became a member of the “Founders’ Circle.”

When you remember Roundup River Ranch through a planned gift, you become a member of the Paul Newman Legacy Society and will receive special recognition associated with this distinction. The Paul Newman Legacy Society honors those who have included Roundup River Ranch in their estate plans or will.

  • Recognition as part of The Paul Newman Legacy Society physical display at camp. The display is organized by the year documentation was received by Roundup River Ranch.
  • Recognition as part of the Paul Newman Legacy Society in the Annual Impact Report, in planned giving materials, and on the website.

For more information about the Paul Newman Legacy Society and ways to make a planned gift to further the mission of Roundup River Ranch, please contact Katie Santambrogio at katie@roundupriverranch.org.

Roundup River Ranch acknowledges donors who have generously established an endowed fund which will generate a stream of income for the organization in perpetuity. Named Endowed Funds can be established with a contribution of $100,000 or more.

  • Newly created endowment funds will be announced in regular donor communications, such as the Campaign Bulletin, Annual Impact Report, monthly eNews or other opportunities in alignment with the donor intent.
  • Endowed Funds will be identified and listed in the annual Impact Report, on endowed fund materials, and on the website and other digital materials.
  • Donor receives folio with personal copy of the original signed endowed fund agreement as well as annual reports related to the performance of their named endowed fund.  In the case of a family or family foundation, the family group will provide Roundup River Ranch with the names of additional family members who will receive the annual stewardship report per the Endowed Fund Agreement.

Roundup River Ranch gratefully recognizes the tremendous legacy of the founding board members of the organization through:

  • Recognition on signage at the Roundup River Ranch Campsite.
  • Recognition in the Annual Impact Report
  • The Founding Board will be listed on the website under the “Our People” section.
  • Recognition at special events and gatherings of Roundup River Ranch.
