Cabin Leader

WAIT ‘TIL YOU FEEL THE POWER OF A CABIN FULL OF JOY

The classic camp counselor experience – and the heart of camp life. As a Cabin Leader, you’ll provide direct care and support to campers throughout the day and night while living in the cabin alongside campers and a team of peers. You’ll guide campers through daily activities, encourage participation, and help foster meaningful friendships in a safe, inclusive environment.

Cabin Leaders also provide behavioral support, model positive relationships, and create moments of joy – through laughter, dancing, singing, storytelling, and s’mores around the campfire. This role offers the most direct interaction with campers and is deeply impactful. While the days are long and the work is demanding, the experience is truly life-changing and incredibly rewarding.
