2026 Registration Process
Our 2026 applications for all Summer Camp sessions and Family Camps 1 & 2 will open January 5, 2026! See below for more important dates:
- January 5: All Summer Camp and Family Camp 1 & 2 applications open
- March 6: Family Camp 1 & 2 applications first round deadline
- March 13: Family Camp 1 & 2 first round acceptance and waitlist sent by email
- March 13: All Summer Camp applications first round deadline
- March 27: Summer Camp first round acceptance and waitlist sent by email
- April 3: Family Camp 3-6 applications open
- July 2: Family Camp 3-6 first round deadline
- July 17: Family Camp 3-6 first round acceptance and waitlist sent by email
Please Note:
- Camp is 100% free of charge! So put away your wallets, ’cause you don’t have to pay a penny!
- Applications completed after the first round deadline will be considered for remaining spots or the waitlist.
- Roundup River Ranch will no longer be requiring the COVID vaccine for all campers, families, staff, or volunteers. Because of the population of children we serve, we still strongly and highly recommend the COVID vaccine to protect yourself and our campers. Learn more.
Camper Eligibility
Take a moment to read our eligibility requirements before beginning your registration. If you have questions about the registration process, please email our Camper Admissions Team at camper@roundupriverranch.org or call 970.524.5713.
- Children must be between the ages of 7 and 17 while attending onsite Summer Camp, Camp Online sessions, or to receive Joy, Delivered.
- Children must be at a developmental age of at least 7 years old to attend Camp Online sessions.
- The diagnosed child must be between the ages of 5 and 17 while attending onsite Family Camp sessions.
- Children must be within three years of active treatment and/or currently experiencing the challenges of a chronic or life-altering condition.
- Children must be socially, physically, and emotionally able and open to group activities and, for Camp Online, the online camp environment. We have developed a robust FAQs document regarding onsite, in-person programs, so you know what to expect.

Selection of Campers
- We would love to have every single child who applies be able to join us at camp, but space is sometimes limited. All applications are reviewed and individually considered by our Medical Team and Camp Team.
- Roundup River Ranch reserves the right to make selections and decisions based on factors deemed appropriate.

- Onsite Consent waiver
- Specialty Provider Clinic Note- diagnosed campers only
- Colorado State Immunizations
- Mental, Emotional, and Social Health Form
- Accommodations and Considerations
- Yearly seasonal flu vaccine
- COVID-19 testing consent
- Medical Information Form
- Allergies, Anaphylaxis and Dietary Restrictions form
- Medications, Vitamins, and Supplements form
- Session Transportation form
- Physical or Wellness Exam- siblings only
