Cabin Leader: Cabin Leaders serve as a direct caregiver to our campers ensuring emotional, physical, and medical safety at all times! We are still looking for Cabin Leaders interested in working in The Nest (typically male-identifying campers).
- The Daily Pay Rate for this position is: $86
- Please note, you must be 19 years of age or older (by 6th June, 2025) to be eligible for this position
Program Leader: Program Leaders are responsible for facilitating camp programs- Art, Archery, Nature, Challenge Course, Boating and more! When not running programs, they also work in cabin with a group of 8-12 kids aged 7-17. We are still looking for Program Leaders interested in working with The Nest (typically male-identifying campers)
- The Daily Pay Rate for this position is: $86
- Please note, you must be 19 years of age or older (by 6th June, 2025) to be eligible for this position
Camp Prep Chef: The Camp Prep Chef position is responsible for supporting in daily kitchen and food service duties to ensure the highest standards of food preparation, service, and sanitation are met to support the medical safety and dietary needs of all campers, staff, and volunteers.
- The Hourly Pay Rate for this position is: $18-$25/hour
Sous Chef: The Sous Chef position is responsible for supporting in daily kitchen and food service duties to ensure the highest standards of food preparation, service, and sanitation are met to support the medical safety and dietary needs of all campers, staff, and volunteers.
- The Hourly Pay Rate for this position is: $20-$25/hour
Marketing Assistant: The Marketing Assistant will capture the magic and spirit of each camp session through photography, videography, and camper/volunteer interviews; and will support with organizing and sharing acquired content.
- The Hourly Pay Rate for this position is: $18

Summer Camp Administrative Assistant: The Administrative Assistant position is responsible for performing high-quality, detail-oriented administrative duties to support successful overall day-to-day operations of our Summer Camp Program.
- The Hourly Pay Rate for this position is: $18
- Please note, you must be 16 years of age or older (by 6th June, 2025) to be eligible for this position

Attending Staff Training is essential for Team Integration, position specific training/certification, and learning all of Roundup River Ranch’s Emergency Procedures, Policies and Program needs. Please review our training schedule dates below to plan ahead and confirm your availability for our essential trainings. If you are not available for all of these dates we encourage you to apply as we may be able to grant some flexibility on a case by case basis and depending on prior experience.
