Calling all camp lovers! We’re hiring a Camp Fellow with a program/outreach focus. 🤠 This is a two-year, full-time, year-round role that will deliver camp joy to kids beyond our physical campsite into campers’ homes, online spaces, hospital rooms, and more! You’ll coordinate creative Outreach Programs, lead box backing projects, and support our amazing volunteers. From Sept-April, the Fellow will work primarily in the Denver metro area with periodic camp visits to Gypsum, CO. During the summer, they’ll join our programs leadership team onsite, helping create the magic our campers have come to know and love.

September is #SickleCellAwarenessMonth. We`re giving a huge shoutout to AeroColorado for making camp possible for our campers with sickle cell over the years. For campers with sickle cell - traveling over Vail Pass by car or bus isn`t safe due to high altitude, so the only way to get them to camp safely is by airplane with a pressurized cabin (which maintains safe oxygen levels). Camper Jonah, who attended camp this summer, shared. "I arrived at the airport, waited about 30 minutes, then they checked our medicine and we hopped on the plane. I love camp, and I can’t wait to come back every year." Heartfelt thanks to Ann and Ross Robbins, who have led the charge with Driving for Kids this past weekend! This event brings together classic cars and their enthusiasts to hit spectacular mountain roads while raising money for Roundup River Ranch. 🛞💕

2025 marks their 10th year, and over the past decade, Ann, Ross, and countless amazing car teams have fueled a passion for British cars and sparked a deep commitment to supporting children with life-altering diagnoses and their families. Their creative way of honoring Paul Newman’s legacy - combining a love of cars with a love of giving - has far exceeded our dreams, creating a true “Formula 1 for success” that has made a powerful impact on the children we serve. 💗

Since 2016, Driving for Kids has raised an amazing $688,000 for camp, including $77,358 this year alone! We are so grateful to everyone who’s been part of this remarkable ride. Your legacy will continue to inspire and uplift our campers for years to come. 🏁

Happy National Family Day! What better way to celebrate than by looking back at last weekend’s Family Camp? We loved seeing families bond with each other over trips down the Zipline, countless splashes at Boating, hitting bullseyes at Archery, and so many other camp activities. The Variety Show (aka Family Camp Stage Night) was full of firsts - with musical, mathematical, and theatrical talent shining on stage!
